Recently I tried testing the teleconferencing abilities of BB Collab, and after spending an hour trying to figure out what I must be doing wrong for it to not connect up I contacted BB live support to see if they could point me in the right direction.
They took my details and the t/c details but told me the problem here is that I was not using a North American dial in number!
Although the person I talked to said they would try a few things and get back to me (I'm still currently waiting) I don't know how much to expect.
However, if this turns out to be the case then BB should really make this more clear in their documentation and perhaps not offer this as a 'key feature' to anyone outside the US!!
So really what my question/discussion point here is - has anyone outside the US used the t/c part of BB Collab successfully? And if so, how did you get around this?
Any help/hints/tips are much appreciated!

Hi Christina, I've just returned from vacation, which is why I'm not replying sooner. Support is correct in that our current telephony implementation ONLY works with North American numbers. Evidently, we don’t have a timeline for when (or if) we will accept international numbers. I will pass your note to our documentation team. Sorry I could not be of more assistance.
