More About Me

I chair an arts project which believes that interdependence is not a choice but a reality and, by engaging in the arts - the potential exists for changing the world - one interlinking hexagon at a time! Young people have a motivating opportunity to create, inside a down-loadable hexagonal template, about themes of interdependence and their interconnectedness, that make a statement and express ideas about their role in the creation of a global civil society. These infinitely connecting hexagons are exhibited, physically and virtually, each year. 2012 is the 6th and 2013 is our 7th year. We invite ALL youth, educators and leaders to become involved in this growing movement by going to www.interdependnecedaynepa.org for curriculum materials, Power Points, and many ideas and examples.
