I've lead support for Endicott College's implementation of Wimba, now Bb Web Conferencing and Bb IM ... Spring 2011 we completed Wimba pilot, then switched to Bb Web conferencing for Fall 2011 and now I'm managing pilot of Bb IM and rolling out Bb Collaborate to more users.
