Consultant with over 20 years experience helping organizations optimize performance with a variety of solutions including the implementation of innovative technology solutions. I work as an independent consultant helping corporate (Deltak, Certain, Inc., Kraft) and nonprofit organizations (YMCA of the USA, Illinois Board of Education, Northwestern University) in strategic planning and the adoption and integration of technology solutions for various work flows including learning (online and F2F), collaboration, communication, and fundraising to name a few. Since 2011, I've served as a Judge for the annual SIIA Codie Awards in the following software categories: human capital management, social business, CMS, LMS, workforce skills software I'm passionate about how technology can be used in public education as a tool to support educators and provide personalized and innovative learning opportunities for all students. I've served on multiple nonprofits boards, most recently as the Development Chair on Namaste Charter School Board and currently mentor start ups in the education technology space from Impact Engine at Northwestern University.
