More About Me
Before moving to private sector work I led high performing public (state) high schools. I am an accredited facilitator in a range of Team Management Systems products and have developed a set of leadership development units that have been recognised for in-principle credit as 50% of a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. With a business partner (Mrs Bette Blance), I also offer programs in Excellence in Teaching and Collegial Coaching. These have a strong Glasser-based philosophy and have been officially endorsed by the William Glasser Institute - Australia.
