More About Me

Teaching goals are to incorporate as much technology in 9 week classes to allow self-direction from students, collaborative work, and exploration of art. Masters of Technology in the classroom completed from Walden U, but I still need to learn and practice! I illustrate, paint,explore and desire another Masters as soon as the previous is paid off. Trying to motivate other teachers to use the Internet for students. I have my personal work on www.paintedpathways.com New School Years Goal; Teach students about Global Issues and create a non-profit arts and crafts club to raise funds for organizations. I am from Long Island, New York and attended Nazareth College of Rochester, earning a Fine Arts Degree. I attented the School of Visual Arts in New York and have taught privately as well as in the public school system. My education classes were earned at the University of Central Florida where I resided for 11 years. Presently I live in Georgia. My oldest son is off to college in August and I have another son who will be a Junior in high school. My future goals are to teach at college level. I believe I have much to offer.
