  very interested to read this, Sarah.  I've had a similar role over last five years here at the Open University where we are still using Elluminate V10 mainly and I fully agree with sharing ideas and best practice. My role now has an emphasis on staff development for our associate lecturers and a remit to research other online collaborative tools. These forums seem less active than they were so I rarely drop in nowadays but would it be good to hear more of your transition from Wimba to Collaborate sometime. atb Graham
