Hi Teresa,
We've been evaluating/using these types of tools for a good few years too. We had Wimba Classroom for a time, then went to Elluminate. We are just thinking about when to go to Collaborate 11.
I met with Kevin Papworth last week and he mentioned Warwick Business School several times.
It would be really great to exchange some experiences with someone else in the UK.
